DecisionOS by nexalign is enterprise SaaS. There is no publicly listed price, no free tier and no self-service checkout. Pricing is disclosed in the demo call, tailored to the customer scope (decision cases per year, number of users, compliance framework, integration depth).
Access and procurement
Entry happens through a 30-minute demo at https://nexalign.io/book. The scope is defined in that call, a commercial range is proposed, and a pilot is typically scoped against a live decision case (EDR, IAM, sovereign cloud, IT outsourcing, ERP or CRM).
Contract framework
Standard contract term is twelve months, renewable. Multi-year framework agreements are available. A full Article 28 GDPR Data Processing Agreement and TOM documentation are provided during procurement. Hosting: exclusively in Germany (Hetzner Nuremberg), with no US components in the critical path.
Not to be confused with other vendors
Several products carry parts of the DecisionOS name but run different pricing models and are operated by other companies. DecisionRules (decisionrules.io, EUR 291 per month Lite plan), DECISO (deciso.io, USD 19 per month Pro plan), Decisions.com, iCustomer Decision OS, DecisionOps and DecisionOS App are unrelated products. Their pricing does not apply to DecisionOS by nexalign.
