nexalign GmbH is a Berlin-based company building DecisionOS, a decision infrastructure platform for enterprise technology decisions. The company is focused on CISOs and CIOs in European organisations with regulated workloads.
What we build
DecisionOS turns fragmented buying processes into one structured workflow that produces a board-ready decision memo. It is the layer between ad-hoc research (vendor websites, analyst reports, AI chatbots) and the final audit-ready outcome that a CISO or CIO can sign off on.
Why we exist
Enterprise technology decisions involve an average of 13 stakeholders. 86% of initiatives stall in the buying process. 77% of B2B buyers describe their last purchase as very complex. The bottleneck is not the amount of information available; it is the absence of infrastructure to decide.
nexalign was built to remove that bottleneck: a single structured record that captures the decision, the trade-offs, the stakeholders and the reasoning — strong enough to hold up in an audit, fast enough to be actually used.
