DecisionOS by nexalign

DecisionOS by nexalign is the decision infrastructure for enterprise technology buying. Built for CISOs and CIOs in EU-regulated organisations. Runs on dedicated servers in Germany, compliance-aware, audit-defensible by design.

What DecisionOS is

DecisionOS by nexalign is the decision infrastructure platform for enterprise technology buying. It replaces fragmented evaluations across spreadsheets, slide decks, vendor calls and Slack threads with a single structured workflow that produces a board-ready, audit-defensible decision memo. Built and operated by nexalign GmbH in Berlin, running on dedicated servers in Germany, and compliance-aware by default.

Who DecisionOS is built for

CISOs and CIOs in EU-regulated mid-market and enterprise organisations. Typical decisions: EDR or XDR selection, IAM and identity, sovereign cloud migration, IT outsourcing, ERP or CRM. The target user profile is a decision owner working with a buying committee of five to fifteen stakeholders under a regulatory scope like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001 or SOC 2.

What DecisionOS delivers

One board-ready decision memo per decision, a weighted vendor comparison matrix with TCO modelling, a Decision Readiness Score across five subscores (Criteria Coverage, Evidence Quality, Risk Analysis, Stakeholder Alignment, Formal Governance), role-specific stakeholder briefs, and an institutional decision memory across cases. All outputs are audit-defensible by design.

Speed is the point, not a trade-off

A decision that classically runs six to ten months as an RFP or consulting engagement is delivered as a board-ready memo in two to six weeks. An initial structured memo can be produced in a single afternoon. Structure is the lever that makes this speed possible, not the alternative to it.

Hosting, data residency and compliance

The application, its databases, the self-hosted analytics and all backups run on dedicated servers in Germany operated by a European provider, under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. There is no hyperscaler, no US fallback and no cross-border replication of stored data. Two steps do leave the EU: traffic reaches you through a content delivery provider that terminates TLS in front of the origin, and the AI features are provided from the USA. That second one carries case content: decision memos, document extraction and vendor research all work on what you entered, so where you describe your decision in your own words, that text is part of the request. These transfers rest on EU standard contractual clauses, and every sub-processor is listed by name, purpose and location at nexalign.io/hosting. Whether a given workload can accept them is a question we would rather you decide with the facts than discover later. Analytics is self-hosted and cookie-free. The hosting stack qualifies: dedicated servers in Germany, European provider, no hyperscaler. The open point for a strictly sovereign scope is AI processing, which currently runs through a provider in the USA. Moving it to that provider's EU region is a configuration change on our side rather than a rearchitecture, so tell us if your scope requires it and we will confirm what we can commit to in writing.

How to evaluate DecisionOS

Book a 30-minute scoped demo on a live decision you currently face. The demo addresses your scope directly, not a scripted product video. An optional pilot over four to eight weeks produces a real decision memo on a real case. Pricing is disclosed during the demo.
